Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Prior 6 months to one year experience in HR or internship in HR and administration
Basic knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks effectively.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
An enthusiastic and proactive approach to work.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
