Duties and Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and packages.
Assist with scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for team members.
Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems, ensuring documents are easily accessible.
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure efficient communication and collaboration.
Handle general administrative tasks, such as answering phones, greeting visitors, and managing office maintenance.
Assist with HR-related tasks, including employee onboarding, record-keeping, and compliance.
Support the executive team with administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.
Uphold company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
2. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
4. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
6. Attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
8. Discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
9. Flexibility and adaptability to meet changing priorities and deadlines.
10. Male candidates preferred due to specific job requirements.
